In 2013, Chris and Alex Canale found an unopened bottle of Old Dominick Toddy, which was a spirits brand created by their great grandfather, Domenico, in the late 1800s. Inspired by their family heritage, they decided to reinstate the brand, and Old Dominick Distilling was born. In 2016, Old Dominick Distillery’s construction was finished and marked the first occasion whiskey was legally distilled in Memphis, TN since prohibition.
To grow the business, the leadership team at Old Dominick knew that they needed a software that would grow with them. A software that would integrate their processes and data all under one roof and automate many of their internal processes, so they could spend more time producing spirits their consumers love. Running a distillery has become more complicated as the consumer expects distilleries to produce all types of spirits and to hear the story behind the spirits.
