COVID-19 Information

The Encompass + Orchestra team has made the decision to cancel the in-person portion of the 2021 Connect Conference due to ongoing concerns regarding the Delta Variant. Your safety is at the forefront of this decision. We will take this as an opportunity to reinvent the format of the 2021 Connect Conference in September. We will be hosting a digital conference and are excited to be able to make our content, workshops, labs, and certifications available in an interactive virtual format.

What if I’ve already made my hotel reservations?

Don’t worry. We are working with the Elizabeth, Marriott, and Hilton hotels to negotiate and confirm no-fault cancellation policies so please stay tuned for more details. If you did not book within the room block, or you made reservations at another hotel, then you will need to cancel your reservation. You will also need to cancel any airline reservations on your own.

Do I need to do anything to my existing Connect registration?

If you already registered for the virtual or in-person conference, you will remain registered for the new virtual event. Once we have solidified the new format and agenda, we will relaunch session sign-ups so there is nothing you need to do at the moment.

Who should attend Connect?

  • Upper-level executives, managers, and leaders in administration, sales, delivery, and operations across the beverage production and distribution industry.
  • For new customers or recent hires, plan to attend any or all of the Boot Camp sessions, where you will learn basic concepts.
  • For experienced users, consider enrolling in our advanced tracks or joining more interactive sessions to ask questions and learn new skills.

Is there a cost to take a Certification Course?

  • Yes. There is a special Connect Promotion.
  • Fusion 1 Certifications will cost $250 each.
